What the panel found

The tribunal found all nine grounds established. Four concerned false and misleading answers in his Queensland registration application and renewal that concealed conditions on and the cancellation of his United States registrations. Five concerned his clinical care of five patients, including surgery that United States restrictions had barred him from performing. The Medical Board of Australia said the tribunal found his practice "fell well below acceptable standards."1,2,4
